Our masterpiece from the APO Lanthar series offers the highest resolution and best color correction of all Voigtland wide-angle lenses and can be described as our most powerful 35mm lens of all time. It will be launched in a version with a Leica M connection as well as a Sony E-mount.

The optical construction consists of 9 groups with 11 lens elements, two of which are double-sided aspherical elements, five with abnormal partial dispersion and floating elements for optimal focusing performance.

An excellent multiple coating and the apochromatic color correction round off the technically complex structure. The 12 aperture blades form a round opening at F2.0, F2.8, F5.6 and F16, which enables a circular and also very balanced bokeh from a point light source,

The extraordinary panel construction also allows a high degree of creative freedom and promises a very individual look.

A lens hood is optionally available for the VM version (LH-13), the E-mount version includes a standard lens hood.
